And you´re sure they still have the word "customer service" in their vocabulary? I´ve heard it dozens oft times how atari / firaxis treat thier customers. If they really help you you´re sure a lucky guy but don´t count on that.

Of course, not, I know I'm cursed not finding the city ever unless I happen upon some extreme chance of luck, but hey...let's at least make them aware of the problem!
