What is this game?

Hello
I`m looking for a pirates/historical mmorpg game whose name i forgot, but i like it very much and i can`t find it now . I only know the main menu music is exactly the same soundtrack as the menu music that comes in mod Build 13 for POTC in menu. So if any modder of build remembers what is the name of the game he took it from, please say it here .

I don't know what the game you are looking for is.

But I think in Build 13 the music in the menu is the music from the film Cutthroat Island - if that helps

The main menu music in Build 13 indeed IS from Cutthroat Island. It's the first track "Main Title: Morgan's Ride".
I can't possibly imagine any official games using that as main title music though; they usually get their own music.
There's two pirate MMORPGs I know though: Voyage Century Online and Pirates of the Burning Sea.
I know there's a few others, but I don't remember what they are though.

Thank you for your replies. Today I found the game ^-^ and... it is down :$, the game I was looking for is called Discovery Online and it seems the server shut down like one year ago. It curiously used the same music that Cutthroat Island while in menu O_O.

By the way, I can't use emoticons now. Is it an error?

They should still work. If you do a Fast Reply, the smiley face button/box gives access to the most common ones, and a "Show All" button in there for the rest.
