I don't know if its out there its not out in the UK, i checked a few games shops to see if any of them had a release date and everyone said its still to be announced, i think most people have downloaded there copy, thats what i did and as soon as the game is released i will buy it, i've already asked about preordering and the answer i got was till a release date is given they aren't taking preorders.;(

I'd like to know that too. I live in The Netherlands too and it seems it's just not avaiable in any reasonable way for people here.

Supposedly a downloadable version will be available here on Oct 31. At least, that's what it says when you click the "buy" button.

edit: i just had a look at insidegamer, and acording to them its not available, guess you cant even buy it here in the netherlands

edit2: just looked at sofwareshop.be, and there it says there still ordering it, thing is they havent set a price yet (or there giving it out for free, which i doubt)

Any idea why it takes this long to make the game available for download from gamersgate.com ? Is it because of the work around coding the game for a downloadable version (with another copyright protection scheme) ?

I am glad I found the game at gogamer.com - I dont think they ship to Netherlands though...

I really don't know, but it does seem a bit odd. I usually do business with direct2drive and generally speaking, they have games available on or close to release date. Why this one is so far out is beyond me.
