Wierd model problems?

Erm, okay so after a bit of figuring i managed to get the model in game, textures and all, everything works except for one thing. the Lighting is reversed???

The sun/moon shines on my starboard side, but my port side is illuminated, and the starboard is shaded. its as if the sun/moon is shining on the other side of the hull, but when in fact its in the oposite direction <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

Yeah,

I've found that too when I've been testing out skins, it's always the port side that shines brighter, doesn't seem to matter what the weather conditions are either!!! (check out some of my screenies).
Guess it must just be how the lighting model in the game works - very odd
