    Its as random as all the other find the ship quests. First time I did it I found it right away, second time it took over a year game time before I found it. All I can say is good luck, and check your "go to" fast command everytime you go to sea, thats how I finally found it the second time.

No one talks about it, no rumors, can't enter the Tavern since that B@#$H barmaid keeps ratting me out...
