    I see that you tried to install the light version,I recommend you uninstall and reinstall Pirates of the Caribbean,then you install build version 13 and then you do the full install of build version 14 alpha8,it is easier.

    I had exactly the same problem,i had forgotten to delete the PROGRAM folder. Before installing build version 14 did you delete the following files?: -all the PROGRAM file -RESOURCE\INIT -RESOURCE\Locations\Decks(or something like it)

    Yes i did it,I noticed that I had a black loading screen when I was loading the game,I also got that bug with the build version 13 but it works. When you say PROGRAM RESOURCE must go to the following path E:\Pirates of the Caribbean\RESOURCE\......
