    OK... the problem was that i pretty much immediately fast traveled after parting ways with Susan. I went back to Speighstown and she was there and I could get the quest underway. So problem solved

    So I am playing trough hoist the colors storyline and I'm currently at the point of the story where I have freed the slaves and I was told to go to Lighthouse bay, Barbados and talk to Annamaria. The only problem is that Annamaria is not at the lighthouse. I'm on Beta 3 september 25 update.

    here are the log files. and the sea is no longer weird :D thx for finding the right folder. but i seem to be unable to upload savegames. the upload file utility doesn't show anything in the savegame folder Edit: ok... i loaded an earlier savegame and Bill and Susan appeared so problem solved

    And there is a problem with Hoist The Colours storyline. Once in Nevis, in the pirate settlement tavern, Bill and Susan don't appear, so i cant get any further from there....
