    I went into Advanced options and then 'Min. Sail Crew' 2 options were available.... a) All available crew will reload cannons. Affects only reload times. b) Cannon crew will be reduced by crew to sail the ship. realism mod. I selected option 'a' which started all of the cannons firing...
