Some Questions for modding with the game

Error with Build Mod 14 -.-
Hello at all, i tried to install the build mod 14. before i tried it, i installed the build mod 13. Now i start the installer for build mod 14 and after extracting all the files, i get an error -.- There i can see, that the program was unable to open some files i think there were about 10 files...- blubbx92
