    Advencement in a Nation

    I have done 25 quests for dutch and i have failed none. I still get paid 1000 per month and still a lietunant. I have reached rank 18 and what else do i need to get a better salary???? Btw i am hero for the dutch, i attacked none of their ships in whole game. But i have attacked their allies...
