A bug or technical?

there seems to be the case that on certain occasions at the game start i go to redmond a few days later the movie of oxbay gets played again and so i cant continue on with the story line any ideas?

I have hit that a few times. I just hit the space bar as the movie starts to cancel it.
It has never interfered with the story line for me though. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
I can just play on as normal.
