A message for NathanKell and Mad Jack

Hey mates, I can´t install this darn Build 12. I have Win 98SE and Europhean version of the game. After my exhausting one hour installation when should all be instaled alright, the Build suddenly reported me it can´t open some file and all my installation was spoiled. And had to all mod uninstalled. Why such a stupid style of installation ? What in the case of crashing of the computer or internet ? Why not normal downloading with support of resuming ? Where is the fault here? Why can´t I install the Build ? Should I install the Europhean patch first? I hope it is included in Build already. I feared of some crashing form the beginning and it fulfilled to me !!!! Apparently you have to install with a current build 11, but i just deleted it of the PA server

but you can get it there, im pretty sure thats what i read

I installed all the basic game anew and it worked. Then I installed Europhean patch and then Build 11. But in the course of my installing the extra texture some bug appears always and a notice appears here - the zip file with the extra textures couldn´t be upack. What further

Rad, the extra textures are not really necessary to play the game, they're just cosmetic. They replace the reversed Caribbean map in the shipyards and townhalls with a correct new map of the archipelago you sail in during the game. They also change some of the loading screens. They're really not necessary so don't worry if you can't get them...

They ARE available in the Build 12 download, and you can get them later if all goes well with everything else. They don't affect your gameplay.
