It may sound rude, but

No way is going to make a mod FOR you. You have to do it yourself, teach yourself with the knowledge that lies within.

And secondly, AOP is open ended, that is the problem.

If you want a nice mod for it, try Secrets of the Far Seas with English Translations.

Yes i sow also the Mod Secrets of the Far Seas
but i am from Austria and i use AOP in German.

So gives it Secrets of the Far Seas also in German
or can i change easy it German like with the SuperMod1.1?

No, you first need to download the russian version, and then extract these ones over it. Just make sure that the version of the mod and the version of the translation are the same.
