on that note - i'm thinking that when we have all tested the build13(full) and found+reported its issues, it might be a good idea(before going on to 13.1 added stuff) to update the build13(full) download with any fixes that have been made? I should have the new in-game "about 13.0.0.1" text ready by end of today sometime, for example.

So before we get sidetracked on 13.1 and adding those new mods - we still need to do a little polishing on the build13(full) available download imho.
