Add-On: 47 Emblemed Sails

Ahoy everybody!

I just finished my work on a little "Sail Add-On" for myself. Thought I upload it if somebody is interested.
It contains 47 Emblemed Sails in the standard colours "White, Black and Red".
(Skulls, Dragons, Devils, Shields ect.....the usual maritime stuff).
As a little Bonus I've also included 2 additional colours "Sea-Green" and "Plum", which can be used to replace the "Crimson red".

Here you can take a look at the first motifs: (JPG Quality of the Picture is a bit low. Sorry!)

Some of you might recognise some Emblems from my "3 Emblem Mods" I made for Silent Hunter 3 some time ago under my second alias.

How, on all the 7 seas, do you open/extract/blowup this file!? I've downlaoded it atleast 6 times now, and as many alledged 7-z extractors, none work!
please tell me a program that will extract this download, winrar cant do it!

I downloaded both of them before, but neither seems to install (some msconfig message disables etc) for some reason. Are there any others?

EDIT: Could you please, possibly, upload it in a different zip format, such as .rar or other?

Sorry, I would, but when I use the standard zip-format the file is about 22MB big and since I have a monthly data-transfer limit of 1GB, and I'm already close to 970 MB, I can't do that. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
Maybe somebody else can do that?

I've uploaded it again this time as a simple RAR file. I tried it with Winrar AND 7-ZIP. If you can't unpack that, something's must be wrong with your PC. Then I can't help you. I really can't afford to nuke my monthly Data-transfer limit.... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />

Heyho together,
today I searched in this forum for help to create a new sail - and I found help. I made me a new red sail with 2 crossed swords over a compass. Here you see it:

If anyone wants this sail-file - maybe someone like it -, I have attached the .tga. It replaces the red pirate sail with the emblem no. 9
