how do I add ships to PMT's build 11?

as a new ship... I know how to replace a old one.

I want to add a new frigate I am trying to make the HMS Rose <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="pirate2.gif" />
