Adding new skins to the character select screen

just place a different char models name in the section in buildsettings.h(in the Program folder) that deals with the available starting chars. I often replace "Captn Norrignton" with "33_ronald" for example(it might be 33_roland?).

go to pieters pirate page and somewhere on there is a list+pic of all the available chars - use the names of the ones you would like to replace the ones in buildsettings.h - just make sure they are actually in the game as not all the models on Pieters site are used(it will tell which are).

Please keep in mind that the lists on my site are not up-to-date and many new character skins are added by now. To see all skins available, use the GM Viewer, available from the modding tools page on my site, to view the models in RESOURCE\MODELS\Characters.
