do you mean the woman in the Tortuga-Tavern? She attacks you unless you are friendly with pirates and wont talk to you until you have a high enough rank and are in war with the french. She will join you as officer and wants to divide all your plunder. But her ship is not the strongest, so, not very usefull (Maybe we should do sth against that?)
