Age of Pirates is the name <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

How is the sailing-gameplay? Do you sail via small map(like in "pirates") - or do you always sail in 3D-mode as it is seen on every screen-shot ???

- You sail like in PotC, all the battles are done in 3D mode, and the world map sailing is via... well the world map and your little ship(like in PotC, only the ships look more real and they are smaller).


How is the investigation-system? Do you see every ship on small map? Or is it like in old "pirates"?

- Like in PotC.

I've played Corsairs3, haven't tried sailing in 3D mode tho.

Cuz the game uses StarForce protection system, as you can probably see from my signature "i love starforce". I won't install Corsairs3 untill i see a SF removing patch, the same goes for Age of Pirates.

i don´t know how the the "STARFORCE PROTECTION SYSTEM" works together with the "3d-sailing-option" ????

And now I heard it definitiv... if you press the "TAB-KEY" you can choose between sailing via small map or 3d-mode ....

Black Bart, I'm not even a 1/3 through the video yet and its walking through ST. Martin ( Dutch ) asking townspeople questions, moving through town and the character just got on a corvette or frigate !!

Well that's Corsairs3 with fraps running in the background <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> i think Age of Pirates will be more optimized and you probably won't play with fraps recording

ohhey there yer land crabs (jk) I am back again... dropped by when Sid Pirates! came out... Then my ship crashed some how and for all this months i lived on a empty island on bananas and coconutts all alone expect my softy teddy bear i hade in my pocket. So anyway now when i have returned to you all.

I wish that some of you could perhaps do me a favo? I coudlnt DL that ingame movie file that shows up here above. I believe it as been deleted or something. This is what it says when i try to DL it.

"Corsairs3 This file is currently unavailable while we perform server maintenance"

I would love to see that movie if any one some how want to share it to me <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
