All i want to do is change my name, ship, starting level, andf starting gold but when i make the changes and start a new game nothing happens, non of the changes worked.. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/duel_pa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ixi" border="0" alt="duel_pa.gif" />

What version of POTC do you have?
When you start a new game, does, once the scene loads, the game "freeze" for about a minute, and then you get a lot of lines of text?
If so, can you save the game after that freeze, and zip and send it to me?
 
Do you see that stream of text?
If not, then the build is not properly installed and working. Since the PROGRAM folder you sent me is correct, my guess is you have a version of POTC that does not support mods.
Heck, an even simpler question. When you start a new game, what does your player look like? Does he wear a red robe? If not, then the build is not running.

nope no robe hes just in his rugular cloths. also, do i extract the files to here C:program FilesBethesdaPirates of the Caribbean? if not where do i extract them to?<b></b>

Extraction: Yes, to there.
Also you may want to reinstall the build after doing so, just to be sure.

Maybe a stupid question, but "C:program FilesBethesdaPirates of the Caribbean" *is* where you have POTC installed?
 
OK, this will be a lot of work, but:
Can you remove POTC--and make sure you delete your POTC folder afterwards, wherever it is--and do a fresh install, and tell me everything you see in its folder?
