HELP NEED HELP!!

Follow what I have done:

- I have installed pirates of the carribean normal version with the cd
- I have installed also build 13 final and it works normaly
- Now I have just installed build 14 alpha 8 but, when I begin, I select nathaniel hawke, the game begin to load (but always with build 13 desktop) and (after a lot of time) al the desktop become black.

Do anyone can help me please??????

if you wanna play the org. story! Most of it works as it does not in 14A8!!!!!!!!!
It even takes a lot longer to load because of ERRORS galore!!! My error log was 336 kb just trying to get the game going!!!
I tried some of the other stories, all of which are more or less unplayable! Even if you get it going there are crashes galore, so saving
is a must!!!!! I sail with Beatrice on the map the ships are gray. some Islands not approchable, game crashes when near island when
trying to go to seaview, missing dialogs, dealers haven't got wares to sell and my favarite is the pistols sticking thru Beatrice bum!
I haven't given up on Beatrice yet, but things don't look bright! Wish I could be of help, but............
Reading thru posts everybody, including Peter stating how unstable the Alpha is, so stick with 13 if you wanna play and enjoy the game!!!

Also in the 13 full i can use the black pearl (but not the davy jones's ship) but it's not realistic like in the video that i saw in youtube about the black pearl.

If you write potc build 13 in youtube You will understand what I mean!

Build14A6 surely has flying dutchman, there is also the black pearl, but I don't sure that is what do you want.
However there are some many new ships in Build14A6 that still now, sometime, I encounter one never seen before (is more than one year that I play with Build14A6).

Vanderdecken is NOT in Build 13; only in Build 14 Alpha 8.
Also he isn't at QC but on Hispaniola and Silehard has nothing to do with it. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
There's a FilmShips mod for Build 13.

We're trying very hard to get Alpha 8 sorted, but we just don't have the manpower.
There's just Pirate_KK now, because I don't have the knowledge, experience nor the time. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />
 
riight, go with B 13 final, if you want the flying dutchman you can mod it in, I believe if you ask someone can tell you, cause I forget XD
