Angry woman quest

I have a quest to personally kill a pirate on some ship from a woman. That's all the log says. How do I even start this quest?

You have already started quest, is recording in the logbook.
1. You can get information from the port manager, captains and townspeople....
2. You can find captain in the towns.
2. You can find ship with orange sails on a global map.
Do quest them simultaneously with the other quests. Sooner or later you will meet the captain.

Yeah, and don't go chasing after him, it's not worth wasting time on. Just go about your business as usual and sooner or later you'll bump into him.
