in game you got rats, lizards, sharks etc etc

i want to add some new flora and fauna to the game but i cant find the location of where the animals are stored.(wich files/directories)



a great new thing i want to add for this game are WHALES and Dolphins. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="pirate2.gif" />

-resource/models/animals (Gm files)
-resource/textures/animals (TX files)
-program/animals.C

<b>BenvZijl, </b>unless you know how to animate these new animals you're making, all they can do is just stand still (or float).

Sleeping dogs would work! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> But you will have to use the animation of the sharks for any sea creatures (which might work, as the shark does breach occasionally - but not anything dramatic)...

There *are* smaller fish that are in the water - but they don't come to the surface...

first let me make the meshes, then i worry about the animations(i know how to make animations in 3dmax/gmax etc etc)

gonna do some reading on how to put that into POTC and maybe gonna ask some questions to the developers of the game(cause i want to give dolphins an AI so that they jump in front of the ship for a while and after a while they go do other things etc)
