Not a Bug Animals Missing from Certain Locations?

Once the new EXE is posted, we may want to double-check that all animals remain where they used to be.
A change is added for performance, but I seem to remember last time added a similar change, the rats @Jack Rackham added in some spots disappeared.

I've only moved the code to the function where it is suppost to be. This function is also called during location loading.
Maybe in a later stage I will make templates for animals so they are added easier to stuff. This shouldn't affect anything .

@Jack Rackham, could you double-check some time that animals were not lost in spots where you deliberately added them before?

@Jack Rackham: You have played with the change to the animals code included for about two weeks now. Did you notice anything that seemed wrong?
I'd like to know if I can safely include this change in the next update or if I have to play it safe because we really don't know....

Confirmed by @Jack Rackham in PM to not be a problem.
Therefore I AM including this change in the coming update.
