Solved Another Microsoft Visal C++ Runtime Library error

I don't know if this one solved or not ?

i got this error when staring the game,i've install the game,then the the lastest mod !

That is due to a modpack installation error. Someone else had the exact same problem last week.

disable windows security,but still got the runtime error,should i setup the old patch too ?

Reinstall, following the instructions. Make sure to avoid Program Files at all costs.

i guess i return to v13 then !!!

If Build 13 works, Build 14 is also able to work. Are you quite sure you're following the installation instructions?
You aren't extracting the archive manually, are you? That's never a good idea.

i see the setup is delete some file,is this because of file deleting that cause error ?
