any way to determine/force crew payement request ?

I'm in the 1st 3rd of the month (first 10 days) and I'm waiting for crew payement request to come in order to be able to recruit event more crew after , to go out on sea again.
Well, I'm waiting in vain it seems.
If that will happen to late there will be no much time left for sea adventures this month.
