Johan Elting has several outfits but only the "c" outfit has armoured variants. You get this, without any indication, after you deal with Roche Brasiliano. Later, the story switches you to the masked "b" outfit for sneaking around, then back to the basic outfit when the sneaking is finished.
@Bartolomeu o Portugues: any objection to me copying the armour to make armoured variants of Elting's other outfits? Possibly make darker, duller versions of the armour for the sneaky "b" outfit.
