I have defeated flying dutchman in my first encounter, the quest is updated, but the quest still in log book and don't go to completed quest?
Is the quest can't be completed?

Its impossible to defeat the Dutchman in the first encounter unless you've given Whiteboy his 666 cursed pearls and lifted the curse. Its possible you simply faced a random Flying Dutchman ship that isn't actually the Dutchman. So many players complained that they wanted to get a Flying Dutchman, that Luke159 entered it as an encounterable ship in Pirate convoys.

I my new GOF Era's mod, there is only ONE Dutchman - period.
