Auto Aim from deck?

Do we have a mod that does this?

I don't want the whole supermod, so if it's part of that, could someone at least show me how to mod my game to make just that part work?

Also, being able to turn off the reticle as well would be fantastic

Also, is there an easy way to adjust boarding range? I'm tired of being boarded from three ship lengths away
