Hello everyone! I have the same problem. Beckett doesn't show up. Annamaria says that she has nothing more to say...
Build 14 Beta 4.1 WIP - Updated: 7 January 2017, I don't have the extra files, but I'm downloading these files at the moment. Hopefully I don't have to start a new game... I'll upload my latest saved game here.

The compatibility number in the compile.log is the same as mine, so you can use the savegames,
I posted in this thread, and see if it works OK.
Okay I have the Build 14 Beta 4.1 WIP - Updated: 7 January 2017 with extra files now and still no Beckett at the Lighthouse... Here is new latest saved game and compile log. What do you think guys? @Pieter Boelen @ANSEL @Talisman
Sure, works fine but it's a completely different game... Is this solution appliable to my savedgame?
@Harriet Ström put this version of console into program folder and press F12 in game and it will place Cutler Beckett etc on the beach to allow events to proceed - your officers will wander away but seem to remain with you later OK (dependent on story choice).
