I think this questline is fully buged all time I have mutiny I stuck at deck I addet lai enable text and hit f12 but still does not work at boading worked. And the priest at port royale does not give me the quest help the church. He ask me did u solve the problem and I even did started before the quest..

You should avoid any mutiny because it can mess up the storyline, I suppose

Mutinies working or not working are not related to the storyline; that is more of a general problem.

The "Help the Church" sidequest is ONLY available in the Standard storyline. Are you saying there are references to it in OTHER storylines?
That is not intentional.

Yes are refences I think. Maybe because I have 4 different profiles. I think often they mix with each other

Recommended to minimize your number of profiles, whatever you do.
