Black Jack?

Would it be possible to add a black jack gambling game to the taverns instead of dice, like in the Uncharted Waters games? The dice game is so borring, and non interactive.
I know there couldn't be card game graphics or anything, but maybe give the options to hit and stand through text dialog?

I'd like this as well, and it could be set up similiar to dice, with random chance generation and all. But is it accurate for the period? In my brief research I was unable to uncover whether they played black jack in the late 17th c.
