The only thing left that I need is the flat areas you were talking about so I can do the rings on the QAR, the skeletons on the bow, and the ones on the stern. There's even some on the cage, but that seems a little to tough.

I'll add those next.

If I saved the new texture and renamed it something specifically for the QAR, how would I make sure it uses the new texture instead of the regular deck one?

You need to use the HEX editor for this (available from the downloads section).
Use it to open the QAR hull model, and you'll see what looks like a load of random gibberish.
Find 'deck.tga' in amongst the text on the left hand side, and replace 'deck' with the name of your custom texture. The new name MUST be exactly the same length; something like 'QAR1' will do.
Save the file, and the model now use your custom texture.

That's just the initials of the name I use when playing PotC.
The ship in my signature is the stock Battleship2 in PotC. If you tried the Build Mod, it should be in RESOURCE/MODELS/Ships if you kept the files.

yeah ive tried the build mod but my laptop has bad game quality(its mooving slow)

You need 'bortoutbattleship2.tga.tx' and 'deck.tga.tx'.

There's been a few people begging me for the textures so just let me say to everyone:

I promise I will post the textures WHEN THEY ARE DONE. They're not not finished. You don't want them yet. lol Calm down and be patient. I'm working on it.

Is that what the door to the cabin on the actual Pearl looks like? If so, I'll add it to my work on the Pearl.

Not too sure about the stern balconies, they look a bit smudgy to me. The rest is good though

i haven't seen the thing in the movie, but with a stern like that, shouldn't the front be a bit bigger as well? right now it just looks wierd. but that's just disney, i guess.

No, she's proportioned like she is in the movie. I know it's weird, but it's movie accurate.

Yeah I'm trying to fix that. The UV mapping on the stern is bizarre. Maybe once Armada makes those flat pieces I can make it look better.
