How do i get unique Ships like the Black Pearl?

I think the Black Pearl, Cured Dutchmen and QAR are all generated in pirate fleets only or if you have realistic ship purcgase off, you can find them in ship yards when your rank is high enough. If you have realistic ship encounters on, turn that to COAS stock as this will give you a better chance of running into one, in a pirate convoy.
