You could easily put the flag in the game yourself with the proper tools, look around the forum for some threads.
The texture you need to edit is called the flagall_ship.tga.tx texture, located in the Resources/textures folder. I might write a tutorial sometime to make it easier for newcomers to get into textureing. -
