Its up to date as of Alpha 9.5 I believe. Don't think much has changed with weapons since then but I may be wrong. That is the most up to date one we have available unless on of the modders have one

There actually has been quite a bit of weapons changed in that time, look for the Period Weapons thread and there is a spreadsheet of all of them

Looking over the list in Items.c I have never seen a Black Sea Yatahgan but I do have a Morrish Saber that does not appear to be in the list.
