Boarding Crew and some questions

Hi,

1. I know this has been asked about before, but I shall ask again, as the search did not lead to any of the results. So: How can I set my boarding crew so that I can have english soldiers on my side? What do I need to edit? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

2. I am making a snakebite mod, I want to put Ol' Skull's Snakebite in the game. I would like to be pointed in the direction of the TGA <-> TX converter.

3. I know this has been talked about too, but, like #1, search didn't return the required results: Where can I change the money I get after boarding a ship? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

It's nationsnations_init.c, but the rest of what skull says is spot on!

(It's the for loop at the bottom; just `copy-paste` the model names, not the whole line!, from elsewhere in the file).
