Broken Download Links

With all the FTP changes and direct HTTP links that no longer works, it appears that some of the files from the Downloads section have stopped working.
For example, Hosehead's Sea Dogs add-on appears to no longer be available.
Are these files still somewhere? If so, can somebody please upload them to the FTP? I can then re-upload them to a HTTP link and restore the download.
