Bug Fixers Needed!

We are trying to iron out all the bugs in the <a href="http://pieter.pirateahoy.net" target="_blank">Post Build 12 Modpack</a>. If you have any experience with programming for PotC, please try and give us a hand. All known bugs will be listed in the <a href="http://forum.piratesahoy.net/index.php?showtopic=6085" target="_blank">Post Build 12 Mods Bug List</a> thread.

We also need as many people testing as possible. If you can't bugfix yourself, please give us a hand in bughunting! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/doff.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":doff" border="0" alt="doff.gif" />

Do you need some location creators for the new islands Pieter?

Because i`am busy with a hacienda for spanish islands (kopiing Muelle_04 I want to change the extrior a little bit so that it is not exatly like Isla Muelle04 But I dont know how to get textures with Inez Diaz tool.

If you want the textures to show up in Inez Dias' tool, you'll need to convert them from tga.tx to .tga (can be done with the TXConverter that is available... somewhere... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> ). Then put them in one folder and set that folder as the texture folder in the tool. I haven't got the slightest idea. I don't really know how to use Inez' tool. Every time I tried doing something with it, I got results that would put Dr. Frankenstein to shame! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/piratesing.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shock" border="0" alt="piratesing.gif" />

Aye, been struggling with things here too - but when I can I will <i>try </i>to help out.

Mind you, with moving back to Sweden in a month and some I got a lot on my mind right now, heh... :wacko

Load the room, go to the Scene/Edit scene menu item and then put in items from the list box. If you have any models of your own, convert them to gm first and put them in the meshes folder.

In the Edit scene window there's a combobox for choosing the selected model's texture. New textures need to be converted to tga and placed into the appropriate directory, then for the game be converted to tga.tx.
For anything more sophisticated you need a modeling program.
Do you see textures in the tool at all?
 
Then either you don't have the texture converted to tga, or you haven't pointed the tool to the right directory. (There's a textbox in the main window into which you can type the path where the tool should look for textures.)
