Have something similar sometimes: battlesound becomes suddenly faint and becomes slowly louder again. I've had this for some time, so it looks like it is not connected with Build 12.

When I go to a merchant to get a cargo the game terminates.

This is after a fresh instalation.
I run a Athlaron 3000+
Raydon 9800 Pro video card
1gig of DDR RAM

So it isn't my machine

BTW the addition of picking up survivors is a great addition.

No, it's IN the 11.99 Build (it's there, honest, I didn't add it, but it's there). Just follow what I suggest - the "LoMan" is the "flying bodies" part of that mod...

As much as I enjoy seeing the bodies of me enemies flying through the air like so many seagoing Wallenda's, I didn't turn it on, either... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> Spooky.
 
If you're not looking through the spyglass when it happens, you hardly notice they're there... What I find a little bit `odd-looking` are the floating bodies after a ship sinks - they are MOST DEFINITELY THERE - and of course, you can sail over there and save them - but sometimes if you don't get there in time they sink... With the water bubbling around them, whew...

Not to worry Cat Though that is a sad part in the movie. He was not a lieutenant that was Will Warley the crew member who’s cousin got married thus how he seen the Acheron being built in Boston. The lieutenant Hollam. (not sure if name is spelled right) who went up the mast to help Will landed on the deck when the mast gave way he was the one who jumped over board with the cannon ball as he and the crew thought he was cursed.
