What ever happens if you copied the files in Program_new into Program?

At this stage, you can't make a broken install worse, anyway.

Also, try a different campaign, like New Horizons. That one is pretty much gauranteed to work because... its the stock campaign, just improved. At this stage since we dont know what's wrong, well, it calls for desperate housewifery (ala pushing all the buttons until it works)
 
Enable error logging please as I asked you twice before.

Putting the files from PROGRAM_new into PROGRAM certainly can never hurt.

That's what happens if you press F12. Have you enabled error logging yet?
It's getting a bit tiresome saying this same thing again and again.

Lots of required files are missing, including files that are in the download itself.
Are you SURE you followed the installation instructions properly?
For example, is there still a "RunMe.bat" file in your main game folder?
And did you run the Build 14 Alpha 10 Full installer?
 
From what I read he didnt install Build Alpha 9

Im pretty sure he missed the bold line (if we say to read install instructions please do it)
 
Is it really necessary to go step by step? From what I recall I just followed Pieter's install instructions with Build 13 -> 14 full -> Updated Fix -> play.
 
By the sound of it they have already downloaded the light one and might not want to have to download full now (it is over a GB)...

The way they said they had gone about installing: build 13, build 14 A9.5, build 14 A9.5 patch 1 etc... would have worked if they had installed build 14 in betwee 13 and alpha 9.5

That works too. There's two methods as per the Build 14 Alpha 10 thread.
Personally I recommend the one with Build 14 Alpha 10 Full, since it's less steps, so less chance to make a mistake.
I'll try to make that full installer before February.
