Build 14A8 Bug

I tried sifting through the posts to find an answer but haven't found one, I apologize if this is a repeat.

--- Every time I board, even when I outnumber the enemy 3:1, only my officers and myself board. No crew...ever, the weapons locker is fully stocked, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate all the work everyone has done on the game. It is hardly recognizable from the original, simply amazing.

Can anyone confirm that? It might depend on your own and the enemy's ship.
Try to get yourself a completely different kind of ship and board a completely different type of ship.
It might be our ever-lasting locator problem that causes crewmembers to be generated below the main mast. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
 
I've had the main mast problem, almost every time boarding small ships like class 4 and below but never missing my crew. Btw is there a work around for the enemy under the mast problem?
 
weeeeeell, i know that there's a workaround for the boarding bug in the FAQ, but i think that was only related to getting stuck, and not to painfully misplaced crewmembers.
 
Alright I think it's only under the Master and Commander scenario. I started a game with the main quest, the good ole Nate Hawk story and my crew came with me. When I was using Master and Commander game, it was the same problem with all sorts of different ships.

But now I'm just running with the main story, however, I did run into the glitch of the game crashing when I reach Jamaica, both in world map and in 3rd person sailing (which is awesome by the way).

The other problem I ran into was the phantom enemy boarder, he was near the mast but not under it/in it, as I recall, but that was more my error, I could have defeated him had I been more careful. I'm not too concerned about the phantom boarder - more annoyance than anything, but if there is an easy fix to the Jamaica bug I'm all ears.

The M&C quest has <i>BOARDERMODEL = "marine";</i> set. Perhaps that's the reason?
This also applies to the Hornblower quest. Can you check that one as well please? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
