Build houses

Hi all. I heard rumors, that it would be possible to build own buildings in the new horizon mod. Is that true? if yes, how does it work?

Just talk to a tavern-hired officer.

Be warned though: It is a fun feature and allows all sorts of gameplay options,
but the game engine wasn't quite made for it and therefore it works a bit odd.
