Build v11 questions

I'm new here. I need help finding the attached files for the download to read like the FAQ.txt, changelog.txt and Quests Added.txt. When I downloaded v.11 and installed it, I could not find these files.

I upgraded from v.10.1 if this helps.

I am also new, so new I can't figure out how to make my own post, so sorry for jumping on your parade.

I have crash problems with POC. The game crashes to the desktop with an engine.exe failure, generally when I attempt to go tot he main map leaving an island. However, I have had this happen upon loading a game where I am on land.

I installed build V11 and now it is worse!!!!!! I leave the dock, and there is no ship, no water, no options, just an x and weird textures and a shark swimming in air!!!! There is a long string of numbers, about 20, at the top, I believe they begin with 48.

HELP!!!
