Build12 installer keeps saying it cannot find a copy of PotC

Build12 installer keeps saying it cannot find a copy of PotC instslled, please check that it installed and works (or words to that effect).

I've checked that it's installed and that it works.

Does the installer assume that it's installed in a default location?

My PotC path is... "Eirates of the CaribbeanENGINE.exe"

Can anyone advise?

Ummm... Somebody had the same problem, and Fred Bob solved it, on the second page of THIS[=url] thread.

Thanks once again there was no entry and no keys at all in the registry, so I created a couple of new keys and it seems to be working now <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
