Can't Smuggle

Hello Everyone,

I have an Problem with smuggeling

Im my first game i made (sea hawk Storyline) the smuggeling was working normal as it should.

Now im playing my second game (also the sea hawk Story)
And Now i have the Problem that smuggeling is Not working
If i talk to the smuggler in the tavern of a City It only Shows me one Dialouge
Just "He Has Nothing to Tell me"

Do i have to Do something bevor i Can Start smuggeling? Or is it just an Bug?

Which version of the game are you playing?

What cargo are you carrying, and in which town are you trying to smuggle the cargo? Check the "Colonies" interface section and see whether what you are carrying is contraband in that town.
