Can you give me an exact link where i can download the captain jack sparrow mod?
I looked for hours and hours and found nothing.
Please help me.

Do you have build 12? Because you can play jack Sparrow in build 12

It's one of the starting model choices in the build. When Malcolm asks you what you want to wear, choose the dreadlocks choice.
 
Well, are you playing the unmodded PotC? And what version of the game? US/UK, Euro, or Russian? Ubisoft, or other?

There are several ways to go about this, Mambo; you can get "only" his skin, and set it up so you can play it in your game, or you can get a HUGE modpackage that has a LOT of new items and features - not only that, it lets you play past the end of the main quest, so your game is now truly `open-ended`. Build 12 has bugfixes for many problems in the game, and also opens up quests that were either locked or unfinished before the game was released.

I noticed the Depp skin was no longer on the ftp, so I put it back there. Hope that's ok?
If it was gone for a reason one of the administrator just take it off again.
Though I recommend build 12, too.

Build 12 is the 12th version of a major modpack with many, many new features.

Yep. When Malcolm talks to you about your outfit, tell him you like dreadlocks and you'll be playing as Captain Jack Sparrow (until you would like a different outfit and buy it in the tailor's shop).
