Cannot Confirm Capture Colonies: Stuck and Game Crash

Just finish Bartolomeu story line.
Sailing & plundering around, after taking colony Santo Domingo for myself can not go back to ship,
game crash.

@cpt. Toni: Can you please provide more details?
Based on your post and the .log files, I understand the following:
- You successfully captured Santo Domingo and went back to port afterwards
- The game crashes when trying to reload from the port scene to 3D Sailing Mode

Did I understand that correctly? Does that happen EVERY time you try to do that from your savegame?

I tried to load that savegame, but it is a "Bad Save". So there is nothing that can be done.
