None of the pirates agreed to do that. So i came back. Now whenever i go to him he says to come later or says that i should continue privateering. So when and how will i get new missions. And how do i do privateering.
I went to Curaco willianstead. i launched an attack to capture the city. i killed the soldiers in the exit to jungle and the soldiers in the city. now i went to the residence. the governor told me to take things from there. my question is can't i own curaco. can't i make it a neutral port. can't it be mine. or is it just for plundering.
