why is it that after I take the fort,do the street fight with the soldiers, I only get
the robbery/pillage option and not the option to keep the city I have done
the English quest I took port of France okay and its mine but any other city
wont let me put my own people in charge/even after invading with 3 MOW,
can someone please tell me is it just a random choice if you get the option
or not,whats could be going wrong.
